concert photos

I’ve been taking photos since I borrowed my mother’s Pentax for a photography summer camp in high school. From SXSW and Austin City Limits to Outside Lands and Newport Folk Festival, I’ve kinked my neck and taken elbows in many a photo pit.

A few of the thousand bands that I’ve seen through my lens are Oasis, Chuck Berry, Jet, Wilco, REM, Arcade Fire, the Replacements, Lucinda Williams, Morrissey, Pete Seeger, Jack White, Beck, and — testify! — Mavis Staples.
