mbs direct / barnes & noble education ux + redesign
MBS/Barnes & Noble Education—Textbooks.com’s parent company—builds and manages brick and mortars and online bookstores for more than 1,000 high schools and colleges, including SNHU. Our team redesigned the online bookstore and templatized the experience across schools for efficiency, while still being customizable by school. The UX strategy was to connect the school’s catalog and student’s courses to minimize ordering mistakes and returns. Amazon can’t do that.
